The prime minister chairs the federal cabinet meeting and says the government is still open to speaking with the PTI.

According to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the government entered a genuine dialogue with the PTI, and the opposition party withdrew from the dialogue process in an attempt to distance itself from its previous stance.
The Prime Minister said the PTI needs to reflect as they continue to erect obstacles during the Federal Cabinet meeting in Islamabad.
He claimed that although the government created a favorable atmosphere for negotiations, it is now retreating.
It takes two to tango, according to Shehbaz Sharif, and if the PTI wants the demonstration on November 26th to be looked into, we demand that the 2014 Dharna be looked into as well.
He called on PTI to advance so that the nation can advance as well.

The Prime Minister stated that although the State Bank’s 1% policy rate cut falls short of his expectations, it will nevertheless have a significant impact on businesses and the economy.
During a cabinet meeting, the prime minister expressed his deep sorrow for the deaths of Sepoy Mohammad Naeem and Major Hamza Israr. He also reaffirmed his resolve to ensure that these sacrifices are not in vain.
In response to the recent boat accident fatalities of Pakistanis, Shehbaz Sharif stated that the Interior Ministry is paying particular attention to stopping the black trafficking businesses and prosecuting those responsible.
