The Prime Minister has returned to Islamabad following the conclusion of his visit to the UAE.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived on Tuesday following the conclusion of his two-day visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The prime minister attended the World Governments Summit (WGS) in Dubai during his visit.

Additionally, he conducted bilateral talks with the UAE leadership and the heads of state and government from the participating nations.

In his meeting with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif deliberated on strategies to strengthen cooperation between the UAE and Pakistan and examined potential to develop bilateral relations for mutual benefit.

The discussions conducted in Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi concentrated on economic, trade, and development sectors, as well as other domains that correspond with both nations’ aspirations for sustainable economic growth and prosperity.

The discussion highlighted the importance of the World Governments Summit in recognizing global governance trends and proposing actionable ways to improve governmental readiness for global changes.

The conversations emphasized the necessity of utilizing these changes to expedite progress and create an improved future for everyone.

The two parties also discussed other regional and international matters of shared interest, emphasizing developments in the Middle East.
