The Sangjani PTI jalsa violation case resulted in Shoaib Shaheen being given bail.

Within the context of the vandalism case involving 26 Changi, the Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad granted bail to Shoaib Shaheen.

It was Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain of the Special Court who made the announcement of the verdict.

Due to the fact that Shaheen is being held in physical custody in a different case that is lodged at the Sangjani police station, his release is still pending despite the fact that he was granted bail.

However, Shaheen is still being held in detention because of ongoing investigations in the Sangjani case. The initial case against Shaheen was filed at the Noon police station in connection with the vandalism incident that occurred in Changi.
