There will be a Senate session today.

The Senate will reconvene at 4:00 pm today (Monday) following a two-day recess at Parliament House.

The Senate secretariat reportedly released a 16-point agenda for today’s meeting.

The agenda for today’s session states that the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2025 and the Mental Health (Amendment) Bill, 2025 would be introduced.

The House may talk on how federally governed law enforcement organizations keep Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan law and order, particularly with regard to the safety of the roadways that connect the provinces.

A discussion of the Civil Aviation Authority’s subpar performance at the nation’s airports is also on the agenda for today’s meeting. The ongoing price increases of necessities, in spite of the government’s assertions of the lowest inflation rate, will also be discussed by the house.

Discussion of the recently unveiled “Uraan Pakistan” five-year economic plan, which aims to improve the nation’s economic circumstances, is also on the agenda.
