To assist impacted families, Punjab conducts a flood survey.

In order to aid flood victims, a thorough flood survey has been started throughout the province per the orders of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners have been directed by the CM to assist and oversee the survey teams throughout this procedure.
In all, 1,629 survey teams have been organized throughout Punjab’s 26 districts, actively gathering data in regions affected by flooding.
Preliminary estimates indicate that within a few days, data on over 27,500 people has already been collected. Furthermore, 48,071 acres of agricultural land affected by flooding have been included in the survey. Additionally, the teams have documented 1,712 livestock losses and 8,305 homes destroyed by the floodwaters.
The flood damage assessment survey in Kasur is scheduled to start on October 1.
