Today, a campaign against polio is launched in eleven districts of Balochistan.

Today marks the beginning of a polio vaccination campaign in eleven districts of Balochistan.

Reaching children in Chaman, Dera Bugti, Hub, Lasbela, Nasirabad, Sibi, Jaffarabad, Kech, Khuzdar, Usta Muhammad, and Sobhatpur is the campaign’s stated goal, according to officials.

Approximately 8,89656 kids will receive vaccinations as part of the program to protect them from the debilitating illness.

Similarly, the Larkana district is starting today with the National Immunization Campaign for Polio. During the polio campaign, about 306950 Larkana area children up to the age of five would receive the oral polio vaccine.
