Today, President Zardari will go on a four-day state visit to China.
At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, President Asif Ali Zardari will leave today (Tuesday) for a four-day official visit to China, which will run from February 4 to February 8, 2025.
President Zardari will meet with Premier Li Qiang and President Xi Jinping during his visit, along with other high-ranking Chinese officials and leaders, the Foreign Office spokeswoman said.
Discussions will center on important topics such security cooperation, counterterrorism initiatives, and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Additionally, both parties will discuss how to improve bilateral cooperation in multilateral settings.
On special invitation from the Chinese government, President Zardari will attend the opening ceremony of the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, as part of his tour.
