Turkmenistan is invited by the PM to take advantage of Pakistan’s investment prospects.
A news release from PM Office Media Wing states that the prime minister discussed these ideas with Rashid Meredov, the deputy chairman of the cabinet of ministers and minister for foreign affairs of Turkmenistan, during their meeting at PM House.
Additionally, PM Shehbaz emphasized the importance of cooperation and connectivity within the region and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to working with other countries on connectivity projects going forward, including the expeditious completion of the TAPI Pipeline.
The Prime Minister conveyed his happiness over the Third Round of Pakistan-Turkmenistan Bilateral Political Consultations, which were facilitated by the two foreign ministers. He emphasized the importance of frequent interactions between all institutional mechanisms between the two nations.
He also emphasized the necessity of improving investment, commercial, economic, and cultural ties between Pakistan and Turkmenistan.
