In Kalat, Balochistan Province, two buses collided head-on late Thursday night, killing at least five people and injuring fourteen more.

Details indicate that two busses crashed owing to overspeeding on the National Highway near the Raij district, killing five people instantly and wounding fourteen more.

After arriving on the scene, Levies staff and rescue crews moved the deceased and injured to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital. According to rescue sources, the injured were eventually moved to Quetta.
