Two people are killed in a road accident in Kohat.

A truck and pickup were involved in a traffic accident in Kohat on Sunday that resulted in at least two fatalities and numerous injuries.

Details indicate that two people were killed instantly and numerous more were injured when a speeding truck hit head-on with a pick-up truck at Sore Gull Chowk on the Indus Highway.

Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital.
