Most of the country will see hot, dry weather: PMD

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the majority of the country will see hot, dry weather during the course of the next day, with extremely scorching temperatures predicted in the southern regions.
The Met Office warns that isolated regions in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may have partly overcast sky with thunderstorms and light rain.
The weather in Islamabad, the federal capital, will be hot and dry all day long before becoming partly cloudy in the evening or at night.
The majority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s districts will see hot, dry weather. However, throughout the evening or night, there is a chance of mild rain-thunderstorms in the upper regions, such as Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Kurram, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Lakki Marwat, Khyber, and Waziristan.
Overall, Punjab will continue to be hot and dry, with partly overcast conditions expected in the Pothohar region in the evening or at night. Southern Punjab is predicted to see 3 to 5 degrees Celsius above average daytime temperatures.
The majority of Sindh’s districts will see extremely hot and dry weather, with daily highs of 4 to 6°C above normal. Most districts in Balochistan are anticipated to see hot, dry weather with gusty gusts.
Partially cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated light showers and thunderstorms are predicted for Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
