The Anti-Terrorism Court has granted bail to Bushra Bibi in several cases dated November 26.
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad prolonged the bail of former first lady Bushra Bibi, spouse of PTI founder Imran Khan, in two charges linked to the November 26 protest on Monday.
The case was adjudicated by Judge Abusl-Hasanat Zulqarnain of the Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad. Attorneys Ansar Kiyani and Shamsa Kiyani Advocate filed a petition for exemption from presence on behalf of Bibi.
The court mandated Bibi’s inclusion in the probe and postponed the hearing until June 11.
Two cases have been filed against Bushra Bibi at the Secretariat Police Station and Karachi Company Police Station.
