Man murders wife in Pindi

In the Rawat district of Rawalpindi, a man heinously murdered his wife by slashing her throat with a sharp instrument, according to police sources on Wednesday.
Adam Khan, the victim’s father, stated that 25-year-old Zardana Bibi was wed four years prior to Nazar Khan from Sarai Alamgir.
The couple possessed a three-year-old daughter. Nazar Khan, an excavator operator, resides at his in-laws’ residence. Six days prior, Nazar Khan returned to the Rawat residence and remained there.
On the night of the event, the family retired to their respective rooms as per usual. Suddenly, the noises of weeping and turmoil from the daughter and granddaughter were audible. Upon Adam Khan’s inquiry for his boys, they observed Nazar Khan wielding a knife. He compelled Zardana Bibi to recline on the charpoy and was incessantly stabbing her in the neck. Prior to any intervention, Nazar Khan severed Zardana’s throat and issued a threat, declaring that he would also kill everyone who approached. Subsequent to the assault, he absconded from the location. Zardana perished instantly.
The father claimed that Nazar Khan murdered his daughter for unspecified motives. The police have filed a case and initiated an investigation.
