Prime Minister Shehbaz congratulates Lahore Qalandars on their PSL 10 victory.

On Monday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif conveyed sincere congratulations to Lahore Qalandars for securing their third Pakistan Super League (PSL) title.
In a statement released from Istanbul, the prime commended the Quetta Gladiators for their vigorous performance in the high-stakes final, recognizing the competitive spirit exhibited by all teams in the tournament.
The Qalandars achieved a six-wicket triumph against the Gladiators, successfully pursuing a challenging 202-run goal in the final over to claim the PSL 10 championship.
This victory is Lahore’s third title in four years, having previously won in 2022 and 2023, so solidifying their status as one of the most successful franchises in the league’s history.
The Prime Minister remarked, “The entirety of PSL 10 has been a commemoration of Pakistan’s athletic spirit,” commending the caliber of cricket displayed during the league. He praised the players — especially the international members — for their dedication, which he asserted greatly enhanced the tournament’s success.
Premier Sharif sent his congratulations to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, board members, and support personnel for the successful execution of the event’s landmark 10th edition. He stated that the event had not only delivered superior entertainment for cricket enthusiasts but also fostered a favorable global perception of Pakistan.
“PSL 10 has reaffirmed that Pakistan possesses the talent, infrastructure, and fervor to host world-class cricket,” he stated.
