Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated on Wednesday that the nuclear tests performed by Pakistan in 1998 serve as a guarantee for a peaceful and safe Pakistan.

In her statement on Youm-e-Takbeer, she extended her congratulations to the people of Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah, asserting that even after 27 years, the leaders of the Pakistani country maintain their pride and will persist in doing so. She asserted that no adversary dares to regard Pakistan with malevolent intent.

She stated that Pakistan’s status as a nuclear power is a source of pride for the whole Muslim Ummah. By the grace of Allah Almighty, Pakistan attained the status of the world’s first Muslim nuclear power. The groundwork for the triumph on May 10 was established on May 28, 1998.

She additionally stated that the reverberation of the word “Takbeer” proclaimed in the mountains of Chagai on May 28 continues to resound in the skies of the cherished country. The nation remains appreciative of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (N).

The Chief Minister stated that the adversary received an appropriate answer exclusively during the administration of the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
