In a £190 million case, the NAB assembles a prosecution team to challenge appeals.

A special prosecution team has been established by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to pursue appeals in the well-known £190 million case.

Five special prosecutors have been assigned by NAB to represent the bureau in court, according to official sources.

The team will be led by Sardar Muzaffar, who will also support the court throughout the sessions.

Yasir Saleem Rana, Rafi Maqsood, Sohail Arif, and Irfan Ahmed are also on the prosecution panel. When the former PTI chairman and his wife, Bushra Bibi, file appeals, the team will represent NAB.

On the Prosecutor General’s recommendation, the NAB Chairman authorised the team’s establishment.
