Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq stated that there exists a coalition government representing the populace in Azad Kashmir at a discussion with students.
He stated that Azad Kashmir is a tranquil territory, devoid of any political prisoners, and that the populace enjoys fundamental democratic liberties, with a representative government formed through a coalition of allied parties.
Chaudhry Anwarul Haq stated that in Azad Kashmir, the development fund is allocated equitably between the administration and the opposition.

Our forebears sanctioned the resolution for admission to Pakistan prior to its establishment. We own a historical link with Pakistan. God willing, the day is imminent when occupied Kashmir would be entirely liberated from Indian control, he stated.
