The government will designate focal representatives for expatriates.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has resolved to designate focal individuals for overseas Pakistanis within the offices of the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, and Inspector General of Police.
During a meeting between the chief minister and Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Managing Director Afzal Bhatti, it was resolved that the focal individuals of the Punjab government would assume a pivotal role in addressing the issues faced by expatriates.
It was agreed to take prompt measures to make the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission active. The chief minister instructed all government ministries and district administrations to promptly address the concerns of abroad Pakistanis.
The Managing Director provided a comprehensive overview about challenges affecting overseas Pakistanis from Punjab, encompassing concerns relating to OPF housing societies and educational institutions.
Afzaal Bhatti emphasised that abroad Pakistanis commemorated the triumph in the conflict against India worldwide.
She stated that the winning candidate would come up to the expectations of the people of Sambrial who have reposed their trust in her leadership.
