The Pakistani delegation has arrived in Washington to highlight Indian aggression.

A Pakistani diplomatic delegation, headed by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has arrived in Washington D.C. following its visit to New York, with the objective of highlighting Indian aggression on international platforms.

The 9-member group arrived in Washington by train, where top officials from the Pakistani Embassy met them at the railway station.

The group will stay in Washington till June 6 and is set to engage with U.S. authorities and leading think institutes to advocate for Pakistan’s position on regional matters.

During his visit to Washington, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is anticipated to inform the media and U.S. officials regarding India’s water aggression and aggressive acts, pressing them to acknowledge the escalating threats to regional stability.

He would express gratitude to the Trump administration for its previous proposal to mediate the Kashmir conflict and advocate for a peaceful conclusion consistent with UN Security Council resolutions and the desires of the Kashmiri populace.

The group convened in New York with UN Secretary-General António Guterres, the President of the General Assembly, members of the UN Security Council, and ambassadors from the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Bilawal Bhutto implored Guterres to assume an active role in reinstating the Indus Waters Treaty and preserving regional peace.

The group engaged in discussions with the French Permanent Representative and other prominent officials to emphasize India’s escalating antagonism and its possible repercussions on South Asian stability.
