Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), has disclosed the rationale for his significant physical transformation and enhanced fitness: a regimented lifestyle emphasizing the elimination of harmful foods and maintaining an active routine.

In an informal address to the media in the United States, Bilawal stated that relinquishing several typical dietary items significantly impacted his well-being. “Cease the consumption of roti and confections,” he said. “Commence exercising — you will observe the results personally.”

Previously, during a ceremony, Bilawal informed a journalist that he had eliminated sugar and carbohydrates from his diet and was consistently exercising to maintain his fitness.
