Junaid Safdar, the son of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, was allegedly issued a traffic citation by a warden in Johar Town, Lahore, for contravening traffic regulations, as per sources from the traffic police.
The infraction pertained to the tinted windows on his vehicle, contravening the regulations imposed by Punjab’s traffic authorities. Authorities stated that the citation was issued during a standard inspection.
No individual is exempt from the law. A source within the traffic police informed reporters that the challan was issued in accordance with standard procedure.
