Ministries’ performance will be assessed every two months: PM Shehbaz

According to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, ministries’ performance will be assessed every two months.
He stated that key performance indicators will be established for this purpose while presiding over a federal cabinet meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday. According to him, ministries that perform well will receive praise. In the end, he underlined, it’s about serving and delivering for the country.
The prime minister expressed satisfaction that the Pakistan Stock Market had reached record highs, stating that this was indicative of a positive business climate.
He stated that the nation is working together to develop its economy and expressed faith that, with Allah Almighty’s blessing, these efforts will succeed.
Shehbaz Sharif conveyed his sadness and anguish over the deaths caused by the nation’s monsoon rains. He expressed particular regret for the event in Swat and emphasised the necessity of taking decisive action going forward to avoid similar occurrences.
The prime minister was pleased with how the Muharram processions were handled peacefully. He praised the work of the provincial governments and the Interior Ministry.
According to him, this conveys a positive message of harmony, support, and fraternity.
