In the instance of traffic obstruction, PTI’s Aliya Hamza was given post-arrest bail.

Aliya Hamza, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was granted post-arrest bail by a local court in a case filed at the Airport Police Station.
Aliya Hamza’s legal team, lead by counsel Muhammad Faisal Malik, made arguments in support of her during the hearing, which was presided over by Judicial Magistrate Qamar Abbas Tarrar.
The court ordered Aliya Hamza’s release against surety bonds worth Rs. 100,000.
It is worth noting that Aliya Hamza and five PTI workers were named in the FIR registered at Airport Police Station. FIR accused them of interfering in government affairs, blocking roads, and throwing stones at police officers.
