According to sources, those who attended the protest march against the development of canals on the River Indus were being returned by the unfortunate van.
After being notified, police and emergency personnel arrived on the scene and took the injured and deceased to the hospital. Maula Baksh, Azeem Ali, and Haider Ali were identified as the deceased. Six of the injured were in critical condition, according to rescue personnel.
