The SCBA requests that the government order all Indian ambassadors to depart within 48 hours.

The government should designate all Indian ambassadors in Pakistan as persona-non-grata and order them to depart within 48 hours, the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan demanded on Wednesday.
Following heightened diplomatic tensions brought on by the Pahalgam incident, SCBA said in a statement that maintaining national dignity at this time requires a stern tit-for-tat response.
Similar to the Pulwama tragedy and other planned acts intended to falsely accuse Pakistan of harboring terrorists, SCBA stated Pahalgam is yet another textbook example of a false flag operation.
The Indian charge, which is a flagrant collection of lies and lacks credibility in the eyes of the international community, was flatly denied by the SCBA.
According to the group, India’s attempt to deflect international attention from its state-sponsored oppression and recorded war crimes in Indian-occupied Kashmir through the Pahalgam event failed.
“The Indian army’s egregious war crimes and violations of human rights in occupied Kashmir must not be ignored,” the SCBA stated.
According to SCBA, there is no denying India’s long history of using religious and political pretexts to propagate terrorism both domestically and beyond the region. The detention of Kulbhushan Jadave, a current Indian military officer in Pakistan, is a clear illustration of Indian state-sponsored terrorism. The group called on the world community to recognize and pay attention to India’s involvement in state-sponsored terrorism.
The SCBA statement further stated that the legal community would continue to speak out against the atrocities that innocent Kashmiris have endured under successive Indian administrations and that it is steadfast in its commitment to protecting the rights of the people of occupied Kashmir.
