Naqvi commends the military for defeating Indian invasion.

On the occasion of Youm-e-Tashakkur (Day of Gratitude), Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made a forceful address, praising Pakistan for its “remarkable victory” over Indian aggression.
The interior minister thanked Allah Almighty in his message for what he called a successful and honorable defense by Pakistan’s military. “For this glorious victory against the enemy, we bow in prostration before Allah,” Naqvi remarked.
Naqvi gave a poignant homage to the nation’s martyrs, highlighting how their unparalleled sacrifices enabled the country’s victory. He remarked, “We pay tribute to our courageous martyrs who gave their lives in defense of the homeland.”
The minister denounced India as a “cowardly enemy” and harshly condemned it for attacking at night.
“The enemy launched another attack under the cover of darkness, just like in the past, but they were humiliated,” he said.
According to Naqvi, Pakistan’s air force demonstrated aerial superiority by shooting down six Indian fighter jets. He went on to say, “By reducing Indian aircraft to dust, our courageous falcons wrote a new chapter in aerial warfare.”
He characterized the retreat of the adversary as an obvious indication of defeat. He claimed that the overconfident opponent left the battlefield a few hours after the onslaught began.
The federal minister praised the military’s forceful and appropriate response. The Pakistani military responded appropriately, converting each brick that was thrown at us into a stone. In our military’s history, this is a glorious period,” Naqvi said.
He continued by saying that this victory is shared by the entire country. The patriotic and resilient people of Pakistan are also responsible for this success, in addition to our armed forces. “Today, every Pakistani stands tall and proud,” he remarked.
Mohsin Naqvi also extended special tributes to the heads of Pakistan’s three armed forces: Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar, and Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf.
“Our forces crushed the enemy’s evil plans and defended the nation with unmatched bravery under the wise and courageous leadership of our three services chiefs,” Naqvi said in closing.
