According to the head of Jamaat-e-Islami, the ruling class is still abusing natural resources.

Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the emir of Jamaat-e-Islami, has blasted the ruling class for stoking public ire by continuing to exploit and unfairly control the nation’s resources.
Hafiz Naeem, who spoke out against what he called cooperation between the capitalists and the powerful, claimed that the cycle of conspiracy and looting is being planned by the powerful, leaving the general populace growing more and more irritated.
Hafiz Naeem commended the participants of the lengthy march and claimed that they were welcomed in every place along their journey to Lahore on the second day of the JI’s sit-in protest outside the Lahore Press Club. He emphasised that people from Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Balochistan stand united. He criticised the provincial governments of Punjab and Balochistan, calling them ‘Form 47 governments’, implying rigged election results.
Pakistan was established for justice, not oppression, Naeem made plain. He declared, “We don’t want conflict, we want solutions for Balochistan’s issues, so removing the police from our path was never a problem.”
He warned the administration that he would start another long march if the committee, which the government had promised, didn’t start working right away.
He demanded that talks begin right once and encouraged people to “respect Baloch and Pashtuns, heal the wounds of Baloch youth.”
He then demanded that government must provide evidence on missing Baloch youth, insisting that enforced disappearances are unacceptable.
“If someone is guilty, bring them to court,” he said, adding that states cannot function by distributing certificates of treason.
