The 78th Independence Day celebration is being planned with great patriotic fervor.

There is a strong sense of patriotism across the country as the 78th Independence Day draws near. Flag-hoisting rituals, national hero tributes, cultural events, and fireworks are all part of the statewide celebrations that are being planned in both major cities and small communities.

As local sellers have started erecting booths filled with banners, national flags, green and white buntings, and images of people who were instrumental in the founding of the nation, the celebratory mood is growing in all major cities. Markets and streets are progressively changing with patriotic goods and decorations.

Through their messages of pride, resiliency, and togetherness, national songs are bringing people together on television and radio.

To commemorate the day in a solemn and patriotic way, the national flag will be raised and notable government buildings will be decked out with lights nationwide.

In order to involve students in the national celebration, educational institutions are also planning unique events, such as plays, speeches, and performances of patriotic songs. Food and sweets will be given to the less fortunate in the spirit of giving.

In addition to commemorating freedom, the day acts as a reminder of the costs incurred in gaining the nation’s independence and the ongoing obligation to uphold its ideals.
