When Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz met with the US Congress delegation, she pledged to expand the investment opportunities.
Both parties discussed potential investment opportunities in Punjab as well as the issue of shared interests. Enhancing collaboration between the two nations’ democratic institutions was also highlighted.
Maryam Nawaz also extended an invitation to the US delegation to invest in the fields of agriculture, information technology, energy, health, and education.
She also suggests exchanging parliamentary delegations between the two nations in order to improve communication all the way up to the parliamentary level.
She also mentioned that there were a lot of prospects in the IT sector and that she was very interested in expanding her relationships there.
