Pakistan introduces the inaugural long-range ground surveillance radar AM3505.

Pakistan has successfully created its inaugural long-range ground surveillance radar, the AM3505, designed to monitor Indian military operations across terrestrial and aerial domains. The AM3505, collaboratively developed by the National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) and Blue Surge, is capable of monitoring enemy movements from a distance of 350 kilometers and detecting aircraft at altitudes of up to 60,000 feet. The radar system can identify friendly or hostile equipment, including artillery, tanks, and aircraft, at distances of up to 450 kilometers. The radar, outfitted with sophisticated anti-jamming technology, operates efficiently in adverse weather situations such as fog, rain, and storms. It may be rendered operational in about 30 minutes and necessitates only 400 watts of power. This radar exemplifies the diligence and innovation of Pakistani scientists and engineers. Its portable form facilitates effortless deployment and relocation, thereby considerably enhancing the nation’s defensive capabilities.
