The “Hilal Talks 2025” initiative was started under ISPR’s direction.

“Hilal Talks 2025” is an academic and intellectual gathering organized by the Pakistan Army’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) that has officially begun.
In all, 1,950 educators from throughout the nation are taking part in this initiative. Raising awareness of the strategies and malevolent intent of anti-state actors using social media is the event’s main goal.
According to the attending educators, the special sessions gave them a chance to gain a thorough understanding of the composition, function, and operational procedures of the Pakistan Army. During the event, prominent academics and journalists also expressed their opinions.
The show made clear that India is plotting against Pakistan by employing strategies like “Fitna al-Khawarij” and “Fitna al-Hindustan.”
Director General ISPR Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary covered a wide range of subjects during the session and gave thoughtful responses to the teachers’ queries, which the attendees considered to be very helpful. According to the teachers, these seminars have expanded their horizons both academically and intellectually.
Dr. Sundas Mustaqeem, Assistant Professor at NUST, said that experts from various fields were invited to the event, from whom there was a lot to learn.
Dr. Abdul Qudoos Sohaib, Director at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), remarked that the DG ISPR gave a detailed and impactful talk on terrorism, especially concerning Balochistan, and he fully agreed with the DG’s perspective.
Dr. Sareena Ehsan from Kinnaird College for Women stated that the session provided very important information on fifth-generation warfare and the role of social media. M. Nabiullah, Director at Karakoram University, expressed that the army belongs to the people, and today’s interaction with the military helped dispel many misconceptions.
According to Farah Faisal, a lecturer at the University of Gwadar, bogus news and false information are being disseminated via social media. According to Dr. Imtiaz Awan from AJK University, the DG ISPR effectively communicated Pakistan’s narrative during the session.
