A senior gathering of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) convened under the leadership of party president Abdul Aleem Khan to deliberate on the intensifying Iran-Israel crisis and its ramifications for regional stability.
Abdul Aleem Khan expressed profound concern on the persistent hostilities, asserting that the regional imbalance has considerably heightened the obligations of Pakistan’s military forces. He observed that the party is profoundly distressed by the human and material losses incurred in Iran and reaffirmed IPP’s dedication to regional peace and solidarity with all impacted communities.
In his remarks, Abdul Aleem Khan lauded Field Marshal Asim Munir, asserting that he has become a symbol of hope for both Pakistan and the broader Muslim world. “The triumph in the Ma’rakah Bunyān-um-Marsoos is attributed to Field Marshal Asim Munir,” he stated, conveying hope regarding the success of the Chief of Army Staff’s current tour to the United States.
Senior party figures present at the meeting were Rana Nazir Ahmed, Syed Samsam Bukhari, Shoaib Siddiqui, Syed Rafiqat Gillani, Brigadier (R) Qaiser, and Sardar Asif Nakai. The participants unanimously conveyed their complete faith in Abdul Aleem Khan’s leadership and commended him for orchestrating a successful convention to demonstrate unity with the Pakistan Army.
