Shibli Faraz has been given a non-bailable arrest warrant.

LAHORE: In a case involving an alleged attack on Islamabad police outside the PTI chief’s home, the local court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Shibli Faraz, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, on Friday.
According to information, a charge was filed against Shibli Faraz for allegedly attacking the Islamabad police outside the PTI founder’s home.
In addition to Shibli Faraz, the PTI founder Robkar has been called by the court via a prison warrant. Further proceedings have been postponed until July 30 and the case is currently being heard in the Lahore Cantonment (Cantt) Katchehri.
The Race Course Police Station in Lahore filed a formal complaint in this case against a number of PTI leaders.
Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz, two leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), were previously the subject of non-bailable arrest warrants issued by an anti-terrorism court in relation to the May 9 riots.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PTI leaders Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Kanwal Shauzab, and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary after hearing the case filed at the Civil Lines police station in Faisalabad, according to the facts.
