In three months, TikTok removes 25 million videos that Pakistani users have uploaded.

The platform’s most recent report on the implementation of community guidelines states that TikTok deleted about 25 million videos posted by Pakistani users in the first quarter of 2025.

According to the data, 24,954,128 videos were removed from Pakistan due to violations of content regulations. after these, 95.8% were deleted within 24 hours after being uploaded, and 99.4% were found and eliminated by TikTok’s automated systems.

Between January and March 2025, 211 million videos—roughly 0.9% of all posted content—were deleted globally for breaking TikTok’s community guidelines.

Automated moderation systems identified and removed around 184.3 million videos out of the total removed globally. More than 75 million videos were restored after assessment.

According to the firm, hundreds of millions of films are submitted every day, and their content is evaluated based on its Community Guidelines. Ninety-three percent of the flagged videos were removed within a 24-hour period, achieving a pre-deletion rate of 99 percent.

According to the research, 30.1% of content that was removed dealt with delicate or mature subjects that were against TikTok’s content guidelines. An additional 11.5% broke the platform’s decency and safety rules, while 15.6% did the same with regard to privacy and security.

Furthermore, 45.5% of videos were taken down for disseminating incorrect information. Approximately 13.8% of the content was categorized as artificially generated or modified media.
