Omar Ayub’s arrest warrants are issued by ATC without the need for bail.

In a case involving protests, an Islamabad anti-terrorism court has issued bailable arrest warrants for Omar Ayub, the leader of the PTI and the opposition.
The hearing on October 4 protest cases involving Omar Ayub, Senator Azam Swati, and other PTI employees was presided over by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
Advocate Sardar Muhammad Masroor Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar, two of the PTI’s solicitors, represented the party members in court.
Azam Swati’s plea for a personal presence exemption was granted by the court.
Additionally, the court postponed the hearing to July 30 and ordered the forfeiture of bail bonds for the accused who was not present.
