Oman and Pakistan will establish a ferry link.
On Thursday, Pakistan and Oman talked about stepping up their bilateral maritime cooperation in order to share marine expertise, boost trade in the maritime industry, and expedite the launch of a ferry service.
The agreement was made during a high-level meeting between Oman’s ambassador to Pakistan, Fahad bin Sulaiman bin Khalaf Al Kharusi, and Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry.
Both parties recognized the long-standing diplomatic, cultural, and economic ties between Oman and Pakistan during the conversation. The pressing need to increase maritime connectivity and trade was emphasized.
