CM Ali Amin Gandapur sends the federal government a final warning.

The 91 projects in the province were pulled from the Public Sector Development Programmes (PSDP) in the next budget for 2024–2025, to which KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was responding.

The province’s development projects have finally been set out, Gandapur added, calling the federal government’s action “biased” after “seizing” dues.

Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of KP, sent a final warning to the federal government, making it apparent that the province will not give up its legal rights.

He continued, “We will inform the center about the manner in which the province asserts its rights.”

Chief Minister (CM) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, declared on May 25 that he had presented KP requests to the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) demanding that the federal government pay the province’s outstanding debt.

The KP chief minister told reporters during SIFC’s meeting that his government would not back down from its stance on province rights and would not tolerate “undue advantage” being taken by anyone.

Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) should not be subjected to taxes, Chief Minister Gandapur stated during the apex committee meeting. According to him, there was also conversation about the deadline for power dues.
