JUI-F will take seats on opposition benches, Noor Alam declares.
The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader, Noor Alam Khan, has declared that the party will occupy the opposition benches.
Speaking with the media upon his arrival at the Parliament House on Thursday, he said that the party is adept at making noise from its opposition seats.
According to Khan, the party has been fighting for the nation rather than for a certain person. He said, “We have always raised our voice for the masses and will continue to do so.”
He said that the JUI-F will speak out against rising prices, declining law and order, or monarchy.
“We will discuss everything, whether it is for the nation or the institutions,” Khan went on.
Everyone should protest, he urged. International nations are involved in Pakistani politics through the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Should we give the US and the IMF control over our internal affairs? he asked.
He finished, saying, “People should ask National Assembly members what they are writing to foreign countries.”
