Notices were sent to Hafiz Naeem and others regarding the non-allocation of tickets for women.

The ECP has issued a notice to the heads of political parties, including Jamat-e-Islami, the Awami National Party (ANP), the Balochistan National Party (BNP), and the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), as well as ten other political parties, including the Awami National Party (ANP), for failing to allocate five percent of their party tickets to women. The notice was issued in accordance with the details.

There have been requests made to the heads of fourteen different political parties to appear before the ECP on September 4th, as stated in the summons notice.

According to Section 206 of the Election Act, which is concerned with the distribution of party tickets to female candidates, the notices were distributed.

There must be at least five percent of female candidates running for general seats in the National Assembly and four provincial assemblies; each and every political party is required to do so.
