The US is concerned about the military trial of civilians in Pakistan.

WASHINGTON: The US has voiced its worries about civilian convictions in Pakistani military courts and has called for human rights and fair trials.

In a post on X (previously Twitter), US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated, “The United States calls upon Pakistani authorities to respect the right to a fair trial and due process and is concerned by the sentencing of Pakistani civilians in a military tribunal.”
