Two workmen perished in a landslip in Karachi while installing a PMT.
Rescue sources indicate that the landslip occurred when workers were excavating a hole 20 to 25 feet deep for the installation of an electric PMT.
The rescue officials expedited the transport of the injured and deceased individuals to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.
The identity of the victims remain unidentified. The police reported that the workmen were engaged in a PMT connection when the landslip occurred.
This unfortunate occurrence resonates with previous instances in Karachi, such as the 2015 Gulistan-e-Johar landslip that resulted in the deaths of 13 individuals, including seven children and three women.
