Barrister Saif anticipates today’s announcement of the 190 million pound lawsuit decision.

According to Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s information advisor, he hopes the £190 million case won’t be further postponed.

Three delays have already occurred in the decision. On December 18, an anti-corruption court postponed the ruling until December 23. The court later set January 6 and January 13 for the verdict announcement, but both dates were postponed.

In a statement released on Friday, Barrister Saif stated that “justice denied is justice delayed.” “The case is phony because the funds were repatriated from Britain and used for a state welfare project [Al-Qadir Trust,” he continued.

The government’s assertion that the funds were moved to either Bushra Bibi’s or Imran Khan’s personal accounts was denied by the PTI leader.

According to him, the government has been attempting to penalize the PTI founder for educating the younger generation. “If it’s illegal to teach young people about the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him), then Imran Khan will keep doing it.”

He came to the conclusion that the cases against Imran Khan that had been made public thus far had been fabricated.
