Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 31st January, 2019) The Federal government has decided to release the scholarship amount under Youth Training Scheme.
Media reports said that a special grant is likely to be issued for the youth.

Prime Minister’s Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said that the previous government had stalled the scholarship amount to be paid to 87,000 youth.
The remaining amount of the scholarship will be paid after the approval.
Moreover, Prime Minister’s Youth Affairs Committee has planned to launch the “National Youth Empowerment Card” (NYEC) to empower economically and uplift socially the marginalized segments of the society especially disabled youth.
The NYEC would extend financial assistance, business development support and skills training to the youth.
It would also assist those youths who belongs to rural areas or don’t have direct access to skills opportunities in cities.
Earlier, Prime Minister Youth Affairs Programme had planned to establish “National Youth Commission” to empower maximum youth by providing them appropriate platform.
For the first time in the history of country, the PTI government would introduce youth commission to solve their issues on priority so that maximum youth can play their significant role for development of the country.
The commission aims the provision of academic and vocational opportunities, social engagement through arts and culture, sports, entertainment , climate change and education sector.
The National Youth Commission will resolve the issues of youth on right of way to bring them in real societal framework of the country.
