In Lower Kurram, four more bunkers were destroyed.

Four additional bunkers were destroyed on Sunday, marking the continuation of the peace agreement’s implementation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Kurram area.

Administration officials reported that bombs detonated four bunkers in Lower Kurram’s Khar Kallay and Balishkhel neighborhoods. According to the local government, since two warring factions signed a peace deal early this month, 22 bunkers have been demolished.

According to officials, Kurram has more than 250 unlawfully constructed bunkers, and teams from the district administration, police, and the Communication and Works Department are working to demolish them.

The current effort, according to the officials, aims to destroy bunkers built by both sides of the battle.
