MoUs are signed by the Pakistan-China Business Forum to increase bilateral trade.

A total of thirty-two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were signed at the Pakistan-China Business Forum in Shenzhen, China, on Wednesday, according to Abdul Aleem Khan, Minister for Privatization and Board of Investment. These agreements are expected to strengthen bilateral trade and investment relations between the two nations.

500 Chinese and 100 Pakistani companies were among the attendees of the meeting, he said. A news release that was received here today also said that fruitful bilateral negotiations were held with Chinese businesses.

The minister made note of the fact that extensive talks for advancing commercial relations between the two nations were had during the prime minister’s recent visit to China.

Meetings between the chief executive officers of significant Chinese enterprises and ministers for the Board of Investment and Commerce also occurred.

The Pakistani business sector has a great chance to promote Chinese investments and ultimately increase exports, Abdul Aleem Khan emphasized. He said the two sides might establish long-term economic relationships on the basis of this conference.

Abdul Aleem Khan promised Chinese enterprises in talks with business owners that Pakistan will fully assist them in starting up. The private sector will also be free to invest in whatever industry it chooses, including agriculture, engineering, building, logistics, and energy and infrastructure development.

He was pleased to see that well-known Pakistani businesspeople had made an encouraging effort to visit China, and he mentioned the great investment potential in a number of industries, including the hotel, tourism, sports products, textile, and interior design sectors.

A large-scale promotion of economic operations will propel the economy and provide jobs for the youth, according to Abdul Aleem Khan, who highlighted Pakistan’s full potential and wealth of natural resources.

In order to finalize plans to further increase collaboration, the minister also held consultative sessions with significant business organizations in China to discuss bilateral initiatives.
