PTI is not allowed to hold a briefing in the conference room of the British Parliament.

The British parliament’s main conference room was not allowed to host a briefing on Thursday for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders.

Three of the eight to ten British lawmakers who attended the briefing were of Pakistani descent, according to sources. Even the British Parliament building was closed to PTI campaigners Aneel Musarat and Jahangir Cheeko.

International journalists were the only ones invited to cover the briefing, but they also chose not to attend. The lack of involvement from British MPs prevented journalists from Pakistani media outlets from being invited.

This incident reopened the divisions within the London PTI leadership. The event’s organizers are to responsible for the failure of the exhibition, according to PTI leader Zulfi Bukhari.
