Naqvi praises the ANF’s anti-drug peddling effort.

On Thursday, Mohsin Naqvi, the interior minister, praised the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) for its continuous drive against drug dealers that targets schools, students, and young people.

When he visited the ANF Headquarters, the minister said as much. Interior Minister Major General Abdul Maeed, ANF Director General, welcomed him.

The accomplishments of ANF in the fight against drug smuggling in 2024 were thoroughly briefed to Naqvi.

The country’s escalating drug use trend prompted the interior minister to commend ANF’s efforts to combat drug smuggling. He was grateful that the force was working to combat this threat.

In order to effectively battle narcotics, Mohsin Naqvi promised the ANF DG that he would provide full support to meet the department’s professional needs.
